Massively gets me to mouth off about my last employer. Hopefully in a reasonably civil fashion (I don’t have anything against David Reid personally – we just have disagreements on market strategy!)

You got my vote. Of course individual votes doesn’t matter.
I think ‘lighter’ games will have a market, even if it doesn’t have fancy graphics. The big one is, those games better has something original, something that can draw the users back to it again and again. And that something is kind of hard to come by those days.
Anyone remember armor alley? There is also another game called ‘pool’ or something, can’t remember the name (about man driven tanks and get posts/cut trees). I think you don’t need a huge buget to make CIV I either

certainly nicer then I’d want to be concerning a previous employer that laid me off
Kudos on sticking to the high road though!
