While most of my peers are at GDC (I think Damion found the best talk) I’m attending my stepdaughter’s wedding in Las Vegas. Which is an MMO all its own. In any rate expect few updates until next week.

Well, you know what sicilians say: An MMO dev cannot refuse a request on the day of their step-daughter’s wedding.
I don’t suppose you could confirm if you got the greenlight/funding for your MMO?

So the biggest ranter against RMT is going to the city that invented it. This should be good.

Grats on the wedding. Be safe and have fun. Are you giving the bride away?

Freakazoid: You’re a day late, so I can refuse!
Boanerges: I’m a lot less anti-RMT than I used to. Being Canute sweeping against the tides is getting old. I think at this point realistic game designers with an eye towards crafting fun experiences need to look at how realistically to leverage RMT and minimize its corrosive effects on those who don’t wish to participate.
D-One: Nope, note the word “stepdaughter”, her biological father was also on hand. I was however in a distressing number of pictures in full monkeysuit.
All: You know, the McCarran Airport WiFi really sucks. It’s free. It’s WORTH it!

Not sure where in town you are, but the Pinball Hall of Fame(Southeast-ish, Tropicana & Pecos) is a nice way to get in some of the right kind of gaming.

Since we haven’t had any cat pictures for a while, we the people demand monkeysuit pics.

What have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully?
Now I’ll have to make you an offer you can’t refuse.

Hang out until next weekend- LV should be out of control for March Madness =)
I am jealous- monkey suit or not, I loves me some Vegas. Plus, you can wager everything you own on a roulette wheel and fund your MMOG yourself!
