*blinks*
It’s not like the basic WoW interface is even considered THAT good. As I’ve said before, UI mods like Cosmos and CTRaid have more users than most other MMO’s have players.

No,really, i am here
I am reffering to your comment about my Potato prefferance .
How have ya been Scott
I am glad too see your still writing from the hip. It makes for a plesant read as alwayes and tends to give one a need to give a corner smile or smirk. I do not write anywhere. The sites are not like they used to be so my odd-ball style of ranting would probobly be looked at with a mild confusion then disregarded or Cease and Desist order. And are you still teasing me about that time twisters updater was broke and it kept posting half of what i would say
i love goddamn potatos.

It looks the same as the stuff he was putting together at Pharaoh Productions, which means it must be the same engine. It needs a little refinement yet.

Shouldn’t he have a yellow exclamation mark over his head? Looks like they haven’t quite spent the same amount of money on their art department, yet.

eh, whatever – it’s not like the market actually rewards inovation in the MMO space..

Shadowbane in 2000 called, and it wants its font back.
Also, I see that combat is very exciting, because! there’s! a lot! of exclamation points!

Just looked at that page again, and this leapt off the page at me:
“All crafting within CRUSADE utilizes the built in skill and study system.”
How could the skill and study system, or any other system utilized by Crusade, not be “built in”? This reference implies that there are systems Crusade depends on which are not ‘built in’, and therefore are going to be accessed in some ad hoc manner. Sloppy. Step one, remove the stupid words from your press releases.

Hrm, I wish I could click on the “In Development” link where they discuss how their game will compete with WoW. That’s gotta be good reading.
Oh, and they have something in the game called Asheroth. They’re creative.

To be honest it looks like a EQ2 interface (or maybe it’s just the font
) with WoW added map and kinda a cross of graphics.
Lets face it the character window pre-dates UO and the map window does too… infact if we are being brutaly honest does the hotkey system in some form or another is over a decade old.
But never mind that … the name says it all I think, World of Crusade.
Is imatation the sincerest form of flattery still?
