How about I tell you every known exploit i know in WoW (a lot) I can tell you where these programs to speed hack, bot, fish bot, heal bots, WSG exploits, teleporting exploits etc. I know them all perhaps me telling you this information can help u stop it. or stop the distrubition by getting the sites to shut down because of the contents that the d/l is.
It must be gems like this that make the crappy pay and general disrespect a CSR puts up with all worth it.

This is in fact the proper response to a threat of suicide.

Well, the original story may be true, but I seriously doubt the tale told by DAVIDSHULL. While it is indeed a crime to notify emergency services of a fake emergency, there is no law against telling an independant third party such a thing (unless intended to create public havoc, such as yelling fire in a crowded theater, but intent is key there). If anyone is to be held accountable for a fake call, it would be Blizzard. Not that they shouldn’t notify someone, that is the proper step to take and I doubt anyone would prosecute them. However DAVIDSHULL committed no crime in any jurisdiction where I’m aware of the statutes.

I’m pretty sure Blizzard would be liable if they were aware of someone threatening to commit suicide and didn’t do anything. So while I’m sure that they know that the people making these threats aren’t serious, the potential for a lawsuit if one person did actually go through with it forces them to handle in this fashion.
