Proof that if you want me to be funny, submit your questions in WRITING.

by Scott Jennings on February 21, 2006

I was interviewed by an Australian radio show last month for my recent book (the show billed me as a “well known guru” and a “notorious nerd”), and the audio recording’s up now. Questions include RMT, wacky media stories about MMO players, a world filled with roleplayers, and Blizzard banning gay guilds. Warning – I’m MUCH funnier on the web than if you actually try to talk me.

Episode 315, about 12:30 in.

Great link Scott thanks! I’ve really been looking for good info on the new SWAT 4 expansion.

Oh I guess they interviewed that guy that wrote that book too. Meh.

Too bad I never listen to the radio down here. That would’ve been so wonderfully random.

I’d love to read a transcript. Do you talk about Shadowbane/pre-casting?

We met once a few years back. You were pretty personable. :)

Man – that was like a bad morning show. They could have used a few more sound effects and robot voices.

You’re pretty funny when sufficiently fueled on, erm, whatever it was we were drinking…

Rubbish, you were fine. Being funny is a spontaneous thing anyway.

Thanks for not sueing me over the “notorious nerd” comment…
